  • Sweet potato, large, peeled and chopped
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 2 sausages, fully cooked and chopped fine or to taste
  • 6 to 8 leaves of kale, stems removed, torn into bite-sized pieces to taste
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of cilantro
  • 6 large eggs
  • ¼ Cup milk of choice or water
  • 1 tablespoon yeast nutritional
  • Olive oil for greasing

– Mode of preparation –

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees and grease a dish with olive oil.
