PILATES CLASS – FROM THE NORTH TO THE SOUTH

1. PILATES & COMPANHIA – BRAGA
Located in the historic centre of Braga, the Pilates studio & the Company has at the disposal of each client a pleasant room with quiet environment, in one of the most beautiful squares of the city.
They feature a living room fully equipped with equipment Pilates, another room for small group sessions, living room with water, tea of the day and fruit for the enjoyment of our customers, receipt, evaluation office and two spas.

2. PORT PILATES – PORTO
“In ten sessions you will feel the difference. In twenty, you will see the difference and in thirty you’ll have a new body.” The phrase is the mentor of the class, Joseph Pilates, and is to be interpreted as the mission of the Port Pilates.
In this space, and given that each client presents different needs and aspirations, the technique of Pilates is applied individually to achieve the desired effect.
For this reason, each session can only a maximum of 5 people at the same time, but can also be private.
During each session you will work on your individual program of exercises under the supervision of instructors qualified.
3. INSTITUTE OF INTEGRATIVE MEDICINE DR. DIOGO AMORIM – COIMBRA
The integrative medicine practiced in this space is a new medical approach that combines the best of conventional medicine with the benefits of therapeutic non-conventional, which includes the practice of Pilates.
Each practitioner will have an assessment and individualized monitoring carried out by physical therapists that recommend an exercise plan to also make in-house, tailored to your physical needs, their well-being and their performance.
4. ESTÚDIO PILATES FILIPA MAYER – LISBON
Estúdio Pilates Filipa Mayer is a space of about 200 m2, where you can breathe calm and tranquility.
Here, you will find all the equipment traditional modality, such as the Reformer, the Cadillac, the Chair, the Ladder Barrel and the Spine Corrector.
You will find still pieces of small equipment such as Balls, Rollers, Dumbbells, Magic Circle, Rotator Discs, the Balls of Franklin, the Tiger Tail, the Wobble Board, of smaller dimensions, in the case of useful resources to facilitate, challenge, and complement the classes.

5. THE PILATES STUDIO PORTUGAL – SANTARÉM
The staff of this space is formed on the guardianship of the master Inelia Garcia, through a rigorous process of certification, with more than 600 hours face-to-face, including the theoretical foundations, experiences, and domain in the execution of more than 500 exercises in the method.

6. CLUB OF MARTIAL ARTS OF ALBUFEIRA
The Club of Martial Arts of Albufeira is a club, non-profit and was founded on 09/12/2008.
Its headquarters are in Albufeira, and offers various modalities such as Pilates, Private Lessons, Fitness, Powerplate, Tai chi, Shaolin Kungfu, Kickboxing, self-Defense-and Shiatsu Massage, among others.

BENEFITS OF A PILATES CLASS
The Pilates basic, or for beginners, it includes a program of exercises that strengthen the abdominal muscles and spine, as well as the muscles flexibility of the spine.
