The manufactory founded Concord in Biel in 1908. Today, the watchmaker especially through futuristic timepieces make stir. Also the new Concord C1 chronograph is no exception: the extraordinary design and the striking bezel chronograph in memory remains. The tradition of the manufacture is reflected in fine details, which include the high art of Guilloche in General as well as the legendary Geneva stripes in particular.
The housing of the Concord C1 chronograph is especially striking with a width of 47 millimetres and is made completely of titanium by watchmakers. Also the outer bezel made from the noble and at the same time robust material and is refined with some black ceramic inserts. Under the double-sided anti-reflective Sapphire Crystal is a richly designed dial: matte black sheet a fine grid guilloché is engraved, which particularly elegant effect together with the inner bezel. Also the three framed silver Subdials of chronograph functions reinforce this impression. The pointer of the timepiece are partially skeletonized and luminous markers coated with a layer of white. The red colored tip of the seconds hand is a fine detail.
The Interior of the Concord C1 chronograph can be seen. Here, a mechanical movement with automatic winding hits at the time. Caliber of Valgranges has a coiled rotor and can be viewed through a Case back Sapphire. There are especially the legendary Geneva stripes on the motherboard. On the ground, the engraving “Audace -know-make before-keep”, which characterizes the motto of manufacture can be found also.
